Full job description

We are seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer to join our team, focused on creating on-field and on-court accessories seen across all levels of play, from high school athletes to professional leagues including the NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB, and more. This role blends creative concepting with high-volume production execution, supporting custom Player Exclusive (PE) designs, team collections, and fast-turn special projects.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable generating original concepts and building detailed, production-ready tech packs for factory execution.

**Please include a digital portfolio in the Documents tab or include a link to your online portfolio in the Links tab of your application.**

- Create original graphics, prints, and visual concepts applied across a range of sports accessories.

- Design custom Player Exclusive (PE) products for athletes and teams, often in fast-turn environments.

- Execute high-volume production work, including detailed tech packs and spec files ready for factory handoff.

- Translate creative direction into production-ready designs with accuracy and efficiency.

- Participate in live design sessions with athletes, teams, and stakeholders, iterating in real time.

- Collaborate closely with Product Line Managers and Development/Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and production-ready.

- Contribute to team collections, stock programs, and special projects across multiple sports categories.

- 3-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in sports, apparel, or consumer products.

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator.

- Proven experience creating tech packs and production-ready files for factory handoff.

- Ability to balance concept development with detailed production execution.

- Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy, organization, and file preparation.

- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with quick-turn timelines and shifting priorities.

- Familiarity with tools such as FlexPLM and Monday.com is preferred.

- Experience with 3D visualization or mockup tools is a plus.

- Self-starter mindset with the ability to take direction or work independently depending on the project.

- Process-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple projects at once.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional and live-feedback environments.

- Versatility to shift between creative exploration and executional detail as project needs change.
