These terms govern your use of VeritaHire, operated by 1211 Holding LLC. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

What VeritaHire is

VeritaHire matches job seekers to live job postings and, when you choose, helps you submit an application to an employer. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter, and we are not a party to any employment relationship. We do not guarantee a job, an interview, a response from any employer, or that any posting is still open or accurate.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.

Your responsibilities

• Give truthful, current information about yourself, your skills, and your eligibility to work.
• Use the service only for your own genuine job search. Don’t scrape, resell, or misuse listings or other users’ data.
• Don’t upload anything unlawful, infringing, or containing malware.

Employers

Employers who post roles or receive applications are responsible for the accuracy of their postings and for handling applicant information lawfully. Listings sourced from public career sites are provided for discovery; the employer’s own application process and terms govern any role you apply to.

Your content

You keep ownership of your résumé and the information you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to display it to you, match you to roles, and — when you apply — transmit your application to the employer you selected. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeritaHire and 1211 Holding LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for hiring decisions made by any employer. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
