What You'll Do Produce Engaging Digital Content
  • Produce and edit high-quality short-form and long-form content across Disney's Studio, Television, and Streaming brands.

  • Deliver quick-turn creative assets for premieres, conventions, live events, and breaking entertainment moments.
  • Drive Creative Storytelling

  • Partner with marketing, creative, and production teams to develop compelling content that aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with Disney's Creator team and external creators to produce engaging creator-led content across a variety of formats.
  • Adapt creative concepts to meet the unique needs of different platforms and audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Stay current on digital storytelling trends, creator content, audience behaviors, and platform best practices.
  • Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with producers, designers, editors, marketers, and creative leads to bring campaigns to life.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback and ensure projects remain aligned with creative objectives.
  • Use audience insights and performance data to help optimize future content strategies.
  • Support Production

  • Capture high-quality video in studio and on location.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment.
  • Assist with content production during live events, premieres, conventions, and special productions.
  • Maintain organized media assets and production workflows.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across production/post/ and high-pressure events.
  • Technical knowledge of Mac systems, Adobe Suite, and editing plugins
  • Willingness and aptitude to learn new tech, workflows, and process quickly
  • Knowledge in video codecs, file containers, and deliverable specs
  • Experience in live event streaming and production a plus.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
