Industrial Maintenance Technician II - 1st Shift

ECHO Incorporated is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician II . This role requires a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes ownership of their work, and has the ability to troubleshoot and complete maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

1 st Shift 6:30am - 3:00pm $28+/HR Depending on experience + yearly bonus!

- Climate controlled environment - Heat and Airconditioned facility

- Perform emergency and planned repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment

- Conduct preventative maintenance and document work in maintenance systems

- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

- Prioritize and manage multiple maintenance tasks and projects simultaneously

- Support installation, fabrication, and modification of equipment

- Assist with spare parts inventory and organization (5S standards)

- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems

- Experience with HVAC systems, preventative maintenance, and repairs

- Knowledge of facility systems (lighting, dock equipment, roofing, fire systems, etc.)

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Relevant technical training or certifications in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
