Surfline Media is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing team and drive the strategic development and execution of cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns. As the Digital Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals through innovative strategies, automation techniques, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives, utilizing automation to drive lead generation and scale their growth.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target markets and customer profiles.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, develop tailored strategies, and present actionable recommendations.

Campaign Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as search engines, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
• Leverage marketing automation tools and techniques to streamline lead generation, nurture campaigns, and customer journey optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and analytics, to ensure seamless integration and successful execution of campaigns.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, automation, and scaling campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making and performance tracking.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
