Surf Line Media is looking for an Automation and CRM System Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for designing and implementing automation processes across multiple platforms, as well as managing our CRM system. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team and Director of Marketing to ensure our systems are set up for success and optimized for growth.

• Set up and maintain the company’s CRM platform and automation software
• Upload product templates to our website, ensuring that they are easily accessible to our customers.
• Develop and design automation processes across multiple platforms
• Design and develop website pages and sections, ensuring a seamless user experience and consistency with the company’s brand.
• Integrate the website with chat, widgets and calendars
• Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and execute new design concepts and ideas.
• Connect Google and social media accounts with the CRM and automation software
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure automated campaigns are effective and aligned with overall strategy
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues with the CRM and automation systems
• Train and educate team members on how to use the CRM and automation software
• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in automation and CRM systems
• Experience with HighLevel, Sharpsprint (now Constant Contact) or other automation software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
