What You'll Do: - Serve as a technical execution contributor across all initiatives. - Drive development efforts from concept through validated solution - Translate technical ideas into executable engineering work. - Support rapid design iterate cycles. - Maintain urgency and focus on high-impact development work. - Identify and remove barriers slowing technical progress.
What We're Looking For: Required
Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline - Experience: 4-8 years of engineering experience. - Environment: Experience working in manufacturing or product-based environments. - Technical Depth: Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals and understanding of the engineering development lifecycle. - Problem Solving: Demonstrated capability in structured problem-solving and root cause analysis. - Execution: Experience bringing technical projects from concept through implementation. - Mindset: Strong ownership mentality and personal accountability for results. - Agility: Ability to move quickly without waiting for perfect information and comfort operating with limited struct - Travel: Travel may be required, both domestically and internationally.
Preferred
Qualifications - Industry Expertise: Experience in regulated industries such as Aerospace (AS9100), Defense, Naval, or Marine environments. - Advanced Execution: Experience working in small advanced development teams or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing. - Certifications: CAPM or PMP certification - Advanced Education: Advanced engineering degree - Leadership: Minimum 2 years leading projects or major technical workstreams. - Regulatory Knowledge: Experience with PPAP, qualification, and validation activities.
