Client Service Specialist I

What You'll Do: - Respond to customer requests for quotes (RFQs) and provide information on product availability and lead times. - Enter and manage orders within our ERP system, ensuring all technical and compliance specifications are documented. - Partner with Production, Engineering, and Shipping departments to track order status and resolve potential delays. - Address and resolve customer concerns regarding shipments, billing, or technical discrepancies with a professional, proactive approach. - Maintain meticulous customer records and documentation in accordance with our quality management standards.

What We're Looking For: - High School Diploma or equivalent is required. - Minimum of 2-3 years in a professional customer service or administrative role. - Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. - Strong skills in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Outlook). - Proven ability to manage high volumes of data and complex orders without sacrificing accuracy. - Reliability to work on-site at our Stevensville, MD facility.

Qualifications: - Experience working within a manufacturing, aerospace, maritime, or distribution environment. - Ability to read basic blueprints or understand technical product specifications. - Prior experience using ERP systems (e.g., Global Shop Solutions, SAP, or Oracle) and CRM software. - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
