In 2025, the firm hit the major milestone of surpassing 1,000 trials.</p><p></p><p><strong>What you will do -</strong></p><p>We are seeking a motivated and talented <strong>Associate or Counsel </strong>to join our <strong>Product Liability Practice Group</strong> in <strong>our Miami (Coral Gables), FL office</strong>.

This position offers a dynamic opportunity for attorneys with hands-on experience in <strong>litigation</strong> to grow their careers in a supportive and fast-paced environment.</p><p>You’ll be a vital member of our team, with <strong>hands-on responsibility</strong> for day-to-day case development—including <strong>handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks</strong>, and <strong>drafting and arguing motions.</strong> You’ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through <strong>trial preparation and execution.</strong></p><p>We’re looking for <strong>a self-starter</strong> with<strong> 3+ years of litigation experience</strong>, who is eager to develop expertise across a broad range of matters.

Basic
