What You Can Expect
At ENGIE, you will advance renewable energy projects that contribute to a lower-carbon future. As a member of ENGIE's Legal team, you will play a key role in managing real estate title matters that support the development, financing, construction, and operation of utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects across North America.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers, you will evaluate title risks, support project transactions, and secure the property rights necessary for the successful development and operation of renewable energy assets. Your work will directly contribute to the advancement of critical energy infrastructure by identifying, resolving, and mitigating title-related challenges across a growing portfolio of projects.
Success in this role requires analytical judgment, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across legal, development, land, financing, and project execution teams.
