What You Can Expect
As a Collections Manager, you will lead the day-to-day collection and accounts receivable activities that support ENGIE North America's cash flow objectives and customer portfolio management. This role is responsible for overseeing collection strategies, monitoring delinquent accounts and aging balances, driving timely resolution of disputes, and partnering with cross-functional teams to reduce outstanding receivables and mitigate credit risk. The Collections Manager will manage relationships with external collection agencies, payment processors, credit bureaus and other third-party vendors as required. Success is measured through improvements in accounts receivable performance, reduction of overdue balances, achievement of collection KPIs, and implementation of process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The Collections Manager collaborates regularly with Finance, Customer Operations, Credit, Billing, Sales, Legal, and business leadership teams, while leading a team of collection professionals, providing performance updates, and overseeing collection strategies that balance revenue recovery, customer retention, and regulatory compliance. This role sits in Houston, TX reporting the Head of Operations.

This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy; working three (3) days in the office, two (2) days remote

Salary Range: $102,000 – $156,400 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
