Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and talented <strong>Associate Attorney </strong>to join our <strong>litigation practice </strong>in <strong>our New York or New Jersey office</strong>. This position offers a dynamic opportunity for attorneys with experience in <strong>product liability defense</strong> or <strong>comparable general liability/insurance defense litigation</strong> to grow their careers in a supportive and fast-paced environment.</p><p></p><p>You’ll be a vital member of our team, with <strong>hands-on responsibility</strong> for day-to-day case development—including <strong>handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks</strong>, and <strong>drafting and arguing motions.</strong> You’ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through <strong>trial preparation and execution.</strong></p><p></p><p>We’re looking for <strong>a self-starter</strong> with 2<strong>+ years of litigation experience</strong>, who is eager to develop expertise across a broad range of matters.

The ideal candidate will possess strong research, writing, and advocacy skills, a high degree of independence and initiative, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the success of our clients.</p><p></p><p>This is a <strong>nearly fully remote position</strong>, with flexibility to work remotely. Basic
