Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee the planning, design, and execution of complex building systems projects. This role is responsible for leading electrical engineering efforts from initial site assessments through construction support while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across multidisciplinary project teams.
Projects include a combination of commercial, institutional, and government-focused facilities involving both new construction and renovation work.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical building systems design
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
- RCDD certification Engineering Leadership & Project Coordination
- Serve as the lead electrical engineering resource for assigned projects
- Manage electrical system design activities from concept development through final project delivery
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams, architects, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff
- Conduct site evaluations and document existing conditions for renovation and infrastructure projects
- Prepare engineering studies, calculations, technical reports, and supporting documentation
- Design and analyze building electrical systems, including:
- Develop construction drawings, specifications, and supporting design documentation
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) during bidding and construction phases
- Review contractor submittals and shop drawings for compliance with project intent
- Participate in field observations, punch walks, and final inspections
- Support project closeout documentation, including as-built drawing reviews
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and budgets to support successful project execution
- Perform quality control reviews of engineering deliverables and calculations
