Manufacturing Project Coordinator

Position Overview
We are looking for a Manufacturing Project Coordinator to help manage configure-to-order (CTO) and quick-turn production projects from order receipt through final shipment. This position works closely with production, engineering, supply chain, quality, and shipping teams to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate CTO and quick-ship orders throughout the entire production process, from order entry to shipment.
- Review customer orders for completeness, accuracy, and product configuration.
- Monitor project timelines, including material availability, production progress, testing, and shipping schedules.
- Maintain accurate project and order information within ERP and project tracking systems.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics teams to keep projects moving on schedule.
- Provide customers and internal stakeholders with timely status updates and communicate schedule changes when necessary.
- Identify potential delays and escalate concerns before they affect delivery commitments.
- Assist with shipping coordination, documentation, and customer-specific requirements.
- Prepare project status reports and production updates.
- Participate in process improvement efforts related to scheduling, order management, and workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, order management, customer service, inside sales support, or operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems and project tracking software.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electrical, industrial, or electromechanical manufacturing.
- Familiarity with configure-to-order (CTO) or make-to-order manufacturing processes.
- Exposure to power distribution equipment or other industrial products.
- Experience coordinating logistics and shipments for manufactured products.
- CAPM certification or interest in pursuing a project management certification.
Salary: Up to $60,000 per year
