Instrument Person - Survey

POSITION

OVERVIEW: As an Instrument Person at LJA Surveying you will be responsible for transporting and setting up instruments and equipment associated with surveying land and preparing job site for survey

- Transport and set up instruments and equipment associated with surveying land and preparing job site for survey

- Holding prism pole steady for the surveyor to help determine elevations of different points

- Measures how far different points are from each other Horizontally

- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients

- Occasional lifting/carrying of 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds

- Walking and working outdoors under variable weather conditions.
