As a Security Officer Patrol Customer Assistance in Bellevue, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will communicate professionally with shoppers, staff, and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. Our agile, reliable, innovative team puts people first, delivers through teamwork, and acts with integrity.

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees at a luxury retail location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail sales floor, stock areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
