Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and reporting incidents to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response activities and established protocols.
Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
