Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial work areas, entrances, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, directing authorized individuals and escalating access concerns as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
Document daily activities, patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
