Security Officer Driver for Unarmed Patrol

As a Security Officer Driver for Unarmed Patrol in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution facilities, loading areas, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor, vendor, and delivery driver credentials in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required channels.
• Document patrols, incidents, access activity, and unusual conditions in daily activity reports and other site-required records.

• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
