Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this unarmed patrol role, you will support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and a caring approach while using an agile and reliable mindset to respond to site needs.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and sharing details through appropriate reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or unusual activity.
• Monitor entry points, verify access credentials as directed by site procedures, and support visitor management processes for staff, guests, and/or deliveries.
• Communicate with site contacts, local responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or situations that may require follow-up.

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
