In 2025, the firm hit the major milestone of surpassing 1,000 trials.</p><p></p><p><strong>What you will do –</strong></p><p>We are seeking a motivated and talented&nbsp;<strong>Associate&nbsp;</strong>to join our&nbsp;<strong>Product Liability Practice Group</strong>&nbsp;in&nbsp;<strong>our Charlotte, NC, office</strong>.

This position offers a dynamic opportunity for attorneys with hands-on experience in&nbsp;<strong>litigation</strong>&nbsp;to grow their careers in a supportive and fast-paced environment.</p><p>You’ll be a vital member of our team, with&nbsp;<strong>hands-on responsibility</strong>&nbsp;for day-to-day case development—including&nbsp;<strong>handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>drafting and arguing motions.</strong>&nbsp;You’ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through&nbsp;<strong>trial preparation and execution.</strong></p><p>We’re looking for&nbsp;<strong>a self-starter</strong>&nbsp;with<strong>&nbsp;2+ years of litigation experience</strong>, who is eager to develop expertise across a broad range of matters.

Basic

Qualifications -</strong></p><ul><li>JD or foreign equivalent from accredited law school</li><li>Active member of the North Carolina Bar or ability to become a member of the NC Bar</li><li>2+ years of litigation experience&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications –</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding of current state and federal procedures</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to excellence</li><li>Trial experience preferred, but not required</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>
