Who are we looking for?
A mid-level System Engineer – Linux Developer to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in enterprise domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in testing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
Technical Skills:
- An excellent techie with strong experience in OS Engineering, Kernel Development, ProLiant Server, Networking
- Very well versed with debugging and rot cause analysis
- Linux and microcontroller expert
- Coding experience for micro controllers
- Work experience with Microchip
- Great communication skill and able to work little or no supervision.
- Knowledge of HPE Servers and other HPE Firmware, Enterprise Applications
Process Skills:
- Capable of analyzing requirements and test software, firmware as per project defined process
- Understand the Priority, Urgency and Managing Customer Expectations
- Ability to duplicate, debug, resolve customer reported issues in a very high paced environment.
Behavioral Skills :
- Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
- Somebody who has at least 4+ years of work experience in Linux Kernel Development.
- Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
