  • Work across multiple domains or services as needed, learning new technologies and tools to contribute where the team and organization have the greatest need.
  • Safely integrate and operate AI/ML‑enabled solutions that improve outcomes, including familiarity with AI‑driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Professional software development experience, typically 2–5 years, building, testing, and maintaining production services or applications.
  • Experience owning features or components within a service or application, including implementation, testing, and operational support.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and ecosystem, with experience in system design (LLD), API design, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience designing and evolving services or components that operate at scale, with attention to performance, resilience, and observability.
  • Demonstrated ability to take technical ownership of a feature area or service, including participating in architectural discussions and driving improvements over time.
  • Strong focus on operational excellence, including improving deployment pipelines, monitoring, alerting, and incident response for owned services.
  • Experience using data and experimentation to inform technical decisions and validate impact, including analyzing metrics and logs to guide improvements.
  • Hands‑on exposure to integrating AI/ML capabilities into applications or workflows, such as using AI‑driven tools, SDKs, or APIs to enhance developer productivity or product functionality.
