Drive patient safety and clinical outcomes by initiating life-support protocols and maintaining constant communication regarding the patient's condition and treatment progress.

Empower patients and their families through population-specific education, clearly explaining medical conditions and therapeutic interventions to ensure they are informed and supported.

Ensure operational readiness and team safety by meticulously inspecting and maintaining specialized transport equipment to guarantee peak performance in the field.

What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Drivers License credentialed from the Tennessee Bureau of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Licensed Paramedic credentialed from the Tennessee Emergency Medical Services Division obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
