Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and vehicle and pedestrian traffic, verifying authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in required reports and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
