Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report observations through required documentation and/or communication channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor access points, verify authorized entry when required, and assist with visitor, vendor, and/or contractor interactions in alignment with property guidelines.
Support daily property operations by observing for fire alarms, unlocked doors, lighting issues, and/or other conditions that may require follow-up from building management or emergency services.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
