Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor entry as directed, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Complete required daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while maintaining professional communication with tenants, visitors, and staff.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
