Full job description

Lead forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis to support investment decisions, resource allocation, and business performance. Develop data-driven insights and recommendations by analyzing business, financial, operational, customer, and market performance trends. Evaluate growth opportunities, monetization strategies, business investments, and resource allocation decisions, identifying key risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities.

Drive executive business reviews and performance reporting, communicating key drivers, insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership. Translate complex financial and operational results into clear, concise narratives that support decision-making and accountability. Develop scalable financial models, frameworks, tools, and processes that improve decision-making, transparency, and operational efficiency.

Identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks, and proactively influence actions that improve business outcomes. Serve as a trusted finance partner, providing thought leadership and financial perspective to guide strategic decisions. Embody our culture and values.

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Experience working in a matrixed organization. Solid financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Proven ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights and executive communication.

Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate tradeoffs, and solve complex business problems.
