Own a single intelligence product from business problem through customer outcome. You own the customer and the business outcome for that product: definition, requirements, prioritization, technical prototyping, delivery, go-to-market, adoption, and measurable impact.

Define the product vision, scenarios, roadmap, and business requirements for product. Own prioritization and make scope and trade-off decisions.

Prototype solutions and work directly with the underlying data. Translate business needs into technically viable AI product capabilities. Drive engineering delivery through architects, feature teams, and TPMs.

Own go-to-market, customer readiness, adoption, and the resulting business outcome. Identify portions of the product or workflow that can be automated with AI.

Take real capabilities to customers, learn from usage, and iterate. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development. OR Master's Degree AND 6+ years experience.

OR equivalent experience. Experience owning a product or capability end to end: definition, requirements, delivery, and go-to-market. Hands-on data fluency: ability to work directly with product and operational data to inform decisions and prototype solutions.

Experience building or shipping AI/ML-powered product capabilities. Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technically viable product requirements.

Experience driving engineering delivery through architects, feature teams, and TPMs. Track record of customer engagement, go-to-market execution, and measurable adoption or business impact.

Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, devices, or operational decision systems.
