We are looking for a Senior Technician, Manufacturing Operations to work onsite at our Winston Salem, NC facility.
What You Will Do: Perform aircraft/component maintenance in compliance with FAA Part 145 and company procedures. Support inspection, repair, testing, and return-to-service activities under qualified guidance. Maintain required training, qualifications, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Complete accurate maintenance documentation and report discrepancies promptly. Assist with troubleshooting, non-routine tasks, and shifting operational priorities. Properly manage tools, equipment, and materials; maintain organized, compliant work areas.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members; participate in turnovers and meetings. Support continuous improvement, training programs, and efficiency initiatives. Create and manage MRO work orders within repair station systems.
Support component induction, validate technical data, and confirm repair capabilities. Aviation Warranty Adjudication Processes and documentation requirements. Identify, document, and track product grief related to parts, data, or capability gaps.
Coordinate with engineering, quality, planning, and customer service on technical issues. Support customer service with technical information, status updates, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a high school diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company's immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position.
The company will not seek an export authorization for this role. Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Qualifications We Prefer: Experience in a highly regulated industry, especially aerospace or automotive. Experience working in a testing and quality assurance environment High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and compliance Well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
