- Maintains complete, accurate, and timely electronic records, including progress notes, assessments, job placement forms, employer job orders, incident reports, and related service documentation.
- Develops, updates, and monitors each customer's Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and meets established productivity expectations for billable services.
- Completes vocational assessments to identify work history, educational background, employment goals, strengths, barriers, and service needs.
- Assists customers in exploring vocational interests, skills, aptitudes, and employment options, including the impact of work on public benefits and financial supports.
- Revises service plans based on customer progress, identified barriers, and changing support needs.
- Follows established crisis prevention, intervention, and inpatient pre-screening procedures.
- Provides welcoming, responsive service to job seekers and employers accessing employment services onsite and in the community.
- Delivers instruction and coaching in job search strategies, online resources, career exploration, resume development, interviewing, workplace readiness, and employment retention.
- Facilitates workshops, supports customer engagement, and assists with community outreach, hiring events, job fairs, and employer-focused services.
- Promotes professional representation of Harbor and uses agency communication tools appropriately for business-related coordination.
- Develops employment opportunities and supports customers in obtaining, maintaining, and advancing in employment.
- Collaborates with community partners and employers to coordinate services, strengthen referral relationships, and connect customers with appropriate resources and supports.
- Assists customers in accessing essential community and vocational resources, including OOD, ODJFS, and BWC.
