Project Developer, Energy - West Region

- Direct all aspects of project development with Prologis execution team staff and outside partners, covering origination, interconnection, engineering, project underwriting, construction, and operations. - Work in partnership with the Energy origination teams to meet contracted revenue targets. - Forecast and plan the future of the West U.S. addressable market, identifying new potential utility programs or technologies that could enhance our value proposition, changes in utility rate tariffs or other rules, etc. - Drive marketing efforts in the region, working with the Prologis sustainability team to develop action-oriented customer messaging, and representing Prologis at conferences and events.

- 5+ years of experience in the energy sector - 2+ years of experience in Sales and/or Project Development working within a target/quota-based performance environment - Demonstrated ability to develop a multi-site portfolio of projects and proven track record meeting or exceeding annual MW targets - Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and workflow management - Experience managing outside partners (i.e., EPC, engineering, etc.) - Experience with a CRM system.

Salesforce preferred. - Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills. - Team-player, relationship-builder and collaborative nature - Willingness to travel 25%

- Experience developing distributed solar or battery project preferred. - A general understanding of Industrial Real Estate, Brokerage and Warehousing preferred. - Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Demonstrate willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.

Hiring Salary Range of: $133,000 - $157,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
