Essential Functions Review pleadings for divorce, domestic violence, civil protection orders, UIFSA and reactivated cases; Enter case specific information into Court database for tracking, statistical and reporting purposes; Schedule ex-parte protection orders in conjunction with Victim Services, attorneys and parties to the case; Coordinate motions for continuances including scheduling court hearings; Prepare correspondence, judgment entries and various legal documents for pending domestic relations cases for review; Proofread correspondence, judgment entries, Magistrate's Orders, Magistrate's Decisions, and various legal documents; Inform parties and attorneys of scheduled conferences, hearings and prepare entries as required; Docket new complaints, prepare files and distribute necessary paperwork; Act as Court liaison with the general public, attorneys and litigants and give and receive information in a professional and courteous manner; Ensure cases are tracked and resolved in a timely manner; Prepare monthly reports; Assist with other administrative duties; Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; Attends various training sessions, video conferences, and workshops; Hold as confidential, all aspects of the job; Performs typing, word processing, data entry, and related computer operations Bailiff duties as required (e.g. calling cases to begin trial; set up audio/video cart; ensure functioning court recording system); Pulls court files for upcoming dockets; Makes copies as needed; Performs other duties as assigned; and Works overtime and outside of typical work schedule/business hours as required.
