Senior Order Management Specialist

Key

Responsibilities - Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfilment to shipment, monitoring progress and proactively manage risks, delays, and dependencies. - Act as the operational liaison between Sales, fulfilment, quality, logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing & Service Delivery. - Ensure alignment of customer commitments with operational capacity, maintaining accurate stock control and proactively escalating missing or delayed deliveries. - Act as the business owner and super-user for ERP, CRM and partner with IT teams and vendors to enhance business systems and resolve operational issues. - Create and manage workflows, approvals, notifications, and reporting structures within ERP and CRM platforms. - Define, develop, and maintain operational KPIs and dashboards and produce weekly and monthly operational reports. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability and operational excellence.

Requirements Education - Bachelor's Degree in either Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management , Information Systems or Engineering Experience - 3-7 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Fulfilment, Supply Chain, or Customer Operations. - Experience administering ERP and CRM systems. - Proven experience designing operational workflows and business processes. - Experience developing KPI dashboards and management reporting. - Experience working within technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, aerospace, defence, or systems integration environments preferred.

Technical Skills - Advanced ERP and CRM administration. - Workflow design and process mapping. - Business process automation. - KPI dashboard development. - Data analysis and reporting. - Advanced Microsoft Excel. - Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools. - Understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. - Project management and process improvement methodologies.
