Full job description

Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Service Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals at our beautiful Springs at Buckingham Farms residential apartment community in Memphis, TN.

Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the property by performing grounds upkeep, pressure washing, painting, trash removal, and stepping in for additional needs like unit touch-ups and snow removal (in applicable states)

Brings hands-on experience in maintenance, manual labor, or a related trade and is ready to hit the ground running
