Regional Technical Manager (RTM) OH/KY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Responsible for achieving booking and revenue targets for region.

- Responsible for generation, tracking and proper follow-up for all support sales in region. With assistance from HQ, issue quotations and close orders to meet booking goals.

- Responsible for timely submission of reports including sale pipeline, regional activities, project manpower forecasting and PM parts forecasting.

- Represent Customer Satisfaction Group capabilities in new equipment sales process by assisting regional sales managers and sales management.

- Follow up with customers to ensure YAI is paid for goods and services.

- Address "critical" account issues to ensure prompt, complete resolution.

- Coordinate service contract activities, including quarterly reviews and renewals.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE BA and five to seven years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES High customer satisfaction required. High customer and sales interaction.
