Driver

We are seeking a professional, reliable Driver to join our team and create memorable journeys for our guests. This role provides safe, courteous, and timely transportation to and from the airport and other long-distance destinations for hotel guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

- Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to transport hotel guests to and from the airport, local destinations, and long-distance locations as scheduled or requested.

- Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with luggage, opening doors, and ensuring their comfort during travel.

- Maintain a clean, presentable vehicle at all times, reporting any maintenance or service needs promptly.

- Monitor flight arrivals and departures to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

- Communicate effectively with the front desk and management to coordinate transportation needs.

- Adhere to all traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety regulations.

- Exhibit a professional demeanor and act as a brand ambassador for Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic Area.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

- Previous professional driving or guest service experience preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

- Strong knowledge of local and regional routes and destinations a plus.

- Must always maintain a neat and professional appearance.
