- Applicant must have a base level understanding of email handling to send, receive, and communicate through electronic mail.

- Applicant must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondences, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the museum.

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and decimals. Must be able to complete job duties using military time.

- Ability to comprehend and understand detailed written or oral instructions. The ability to think critically and deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

- Applicant must have a high school diploma/ GED equivalent and the ability to complete the required security training for the position.

- Proficiency in the use of computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook).

- Have an excellent customer service attitude and related experience.
