Maritime Litigation Attorney

Cole, Scott & Kissane seeks an attorney with 3-5 years of maritime litigation experience.

Responsibilities: - Take and defend depositions - Draft and argue dispositive motions - Attend hearings, mediations, and trials - Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law - Prepare pleadings and correspondence - Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel - Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients

Qualifications: - Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar - Must have 3-5 years of experience in maritime law - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Problem-solving skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
