Worldpanel by Numerator is looking for an experienced Insights Executive or Manager within consumer advanced analytics to help drive shopper-led insights for leading FMCG and retail clients in South Africa.

This is a newly created role designed to support the continued expansion of our Consumer Panel Advanced Analytics offering. As demand for advanced shopper and category insights continues to grow, we are investing in local expertise to help our clients unlock greater value from data and translate insights into commercial action.

The role will lead shopper-focused advanced analytics projects, partnering with client teams and senior stakeholders to turn behavioural and shopper data into clear commercial recommendations while helping build local analytics capability and best practice.

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical expertise with excellent commercial and client-facing skills.

• Experience working in FMCG, retail analytics, shopper insights, category management, market research or a related field.

• Experience working with behavioural or transactional data; exposure to survey-based insights is a plus

• Proven experience developing and managing successful client relationships independently.

• Strong commercial awareness with experience selling or supporting analytics, insight or consulting solutions.

• The ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into practical business recommendations.

• Experience working directly with retailers and/or manufacturers.
