Deployment Strategist

What You'll Do - Lead the end-to-end deployment of Bretton AI's agents in highly regulated banking environments, ensuring the highest standards of quality and security. - Develop and execute custom implementation plans, workflow integrations, and training sessions for new enterprise clients. - Collaborate with go-to-market teams to expand enterprise contracts by identifying new use cases and opportunities within customer workflows. - Present results, insights, and proposals to a wide range of audiences, from technical analysts to C-suite banking executives. - Act as a critical feedback loop, embedding with product and engineering teams to translate customer insights into platform improvements.

What We're Looking For Must-Haves: - 3+ years of experience in a B2B, customer-facing technical role such as AI deployment, product management, or strategy consulting. - Proven experience working with highly regulated industries, particularly banking or financial services. - A strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with banking executives. - A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to dig into granular details for enterprise customers. - Comfort and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to travel as needed.
