The Security Sergeant is the front-line supervisor at Toyota's battery manufacturing plant in Liberty, NC - the first formal leadership step in our Security Department, setting the tone for every shift, every post, and every officer on the floor. $50.00 Bonus For Having a North Carolina Guard Card At Hire (redeemable after completion of a 90-day probation period) 🎯 What You'll Do: - Lead and supervise security officers across field posts and patrol operations - Conduct roll call, post inspections, and field patrols to maintain quality control - Serve as the initial on-scene supervisor for incidents, alarms, and emergencies - Ensure accurate, on-time incident and reflection reporting - Coach and mentor officers on Toyota standards and Marksman professionalism 🔵
