Software Enineer II (Fullstack, Health)

As a Software Engineer II (Full Stack) on the Health team, you will build and maintain the clinical tools that power WHOOP's healthcare initiatives. Working across the full stack, you'll develop secure, scalable applications that enable healthcare providers and internal teams to interact with member health data while helping bring innovative health experiences to market.

You'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data Science, and Clinical teams to build intuitive user experiences in React and TypeScript, backed by reliable Java services and cloud infrastructure. The Health team works at the forefront of digital health, developing products and insights that improve health outcomes while maintaining the highest standards for security, privacy, and reliability.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $175,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.

In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package. These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate's specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role's requirements.
