Senior Product Manager, Payments

What You'll Do - Own the payments product roadmap with a dedicated payments team: banking, cards, Stripe, SAP, partner advances, payroll, and our billing platform - Consolidate and simplify a payments platform assembled from many legacy system integrations - Work hands-on with the fintech partners who power most of our payment capabilities, and own the integration and reconciliation/tracking layer across them - Spend significant time with customers to understand how money actually moves for them and where it breaks - Partner daily with engineering to build, ship, measure, and iterate - Navigate the laws and regulations governing payments and financial services - Own your metrics end to end, from integration reliability to customer outcomes Who You Are - Senior PM with a strong payments background (fintech a plus) - Exceptionally high attention to detail; strong finance background is a plus - Excited to be close to the build and close to customers, not managing from a distance - Likes working on a small team and moving fast; bias toward action - Comfortable with the regulatory landscape around payments, banking, and cards - Uses AI tools and figures things out independently Compensation &

This is a full-commitment, full-ownership role. You will work very closely with the CEO, in our San Francisco office five to six days a week.
