Manufacturing Technician I - 2nd Shift

Environmental Conditions Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

2nd Shift - Monday to Friday 2:30PM to 11:00PM - 10% Shift diff

Location/Division Specific Information: 3175 Staley Rd. Grand Island NY/BCD/ Dispensary

A Day in the Life Technician will be responsible for maintaining the kitchen area for both DPM and Dispensary.

Technician will be responsible for doing material repacks for the department.

Technician will be responsible for retrieving necessary materials for the department.

Experience: Required: No previous work experience required Preferred: Previous work experience in manufacturing, operations, production or lab setting or related field Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Good Communication Multitasking Able to work in a face paced environment

Physical Requirements / Work Environment Able to stand for 8 hours a day.

Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $14.05–$21.07.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
