Responsibilities:**</strong></p><p>
- Supervise operations of DSPs, ensuring compliance with company standards.</p><p>
- Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.</p><p>
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.</p><p>
- Oversee third-party warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.</p><p>
- Coordinate cross-border logistics from China to global markets.</p><p>
- Lead budget management and team KPIs.</p><p>
- Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.</p><p>
- Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding.</p><p>
- Design training to improve service quality.</p><p>
- Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control.</p><p>
- Manage in-house and outsourced vehicle resources.</p><p>
- Continuously optimize collection models and processes.</p><p>
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.</p><p>
- Handle daily operations and emergency responses.</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.</p><p>
- Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.</p><p>
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.</p><p>
