Job Summary: The Translation Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering translation and localization projects across multiple content types. This role works closely with internal business unit clients, external vendors, and linguists to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

The Translation Project Manager also plays a key role in process improvement, vendor management, and adoption of new translation technologies, including AI-enabled solutions

What You Will Do: Lead end-to-end translation and localization projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management Act as the primary liaison between internal business unit clients and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements and timelines Oversee content quality and consistency across all deliverables, ensuring adherence to brand, terminology, and accuracy standards Manage vendor relationships, including work assignment, performance monitoring, and onboarding of new resources Utilize translation management systems (TMS) and AI-enabled tools to optimize workflows and improve efficiency Track and report on project performance, including cost, timelines, and quality metrics, while maintaining translation assets such as glossaries and style guides

What You Will Have: Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations. Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives. Summary Pay Range: $72,360.00 - $108,540.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
