Full job description

Currently, we operate multiple elementary and middle schools in the Bronx, Upper Manhattan, and Queens . We plan to grow and open 1-2 schools each year because children in every community deserve excellent, equitable education. Join our growing team today, and be a change agent for children.

Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team’s scope of work permits.

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a Manager/Associate Director of Salesforce Administration & Business Intelligence with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2 years of Salesforce administration experience with a proven record of improving processes, driving user adoption, and managing CRM systems in complex organizations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Salesforce administration, technical project management, and systems analysis, and who can independently drive cross-functional initiatives from conception through execution.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and systems thinker who can balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. They bring strong analytical and communication skills, experience managing data and integrations, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, including: workflows, custom objects, formula fields, reporting, dashboards, and automation tools.

  • Education Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and/or Developer experience
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL or other database management
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools
  • Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment, leading the ongoing deployment of the platform including maintenance, support, optimization, and long-term development
  • Manage day-to-day platform administration, including user account maintenance, permissions, workflows, reports and dashboards, custom objects and fields, automations, system audits, upgrades, and data integrity
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Outreach & Enrollment, Marketing, Operational Excellence, and IT to identify, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and user adoption
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI to support deep-dive analysis, operational insights, and custom reporting
  • Build and maintain data sources and system connections to support business intelligence infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and ensure the ongoing accuracy and integrity of Salesforce and reporting data sources
  • Oversee Salesforce integrations, data feeds, and cross-functional system impacts while supporting change management and development processes alongside internal teams and external vendors
  • Train and support Salesforce users across the organization, helping to build Salesforce fluency and operational excellence across teams
  • Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are accepting applications on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $125,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity.

Compensation is based on our salary scales. This position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary, merit-based performance bonus.
