Full job description

Responsibilities Include:
  • Touch-up of required parts.
  • Maintain process records.
  • Operation of powder booth
  • Operation of epoxy coat
  • Operation of boot dip
  • Touch-up of required parts.
  • Maintain process records.
  • Housekeeping of all areas required
Ability to work SAFELY
  • Ability to read and understand written materials such as: Start-up and shut-down procedures and measuring devices
  • Ability to make inspection of work performed to maintain quality standards (i.e., record the correct mils of paint on a part)
  • Ability to hear and understand oral instructions (i.e., hear if a machine stops or if a team member asks for help)
  • Ability to move or lift objects routinely weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to work with arms outstretched or overhead for extended periods

of time

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to meet specified production standards
  • Ability to read and understand prints
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work schedule.

RCRA’s (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) Hazardous Waste Training will be required initially upon assignment and annually thereafter.

DOT’s Hazardous Materials Transportation Act Training will be required initially upon assignment and bi-annually thereafter.
