Production Control Coordinator

Detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist with experience managing inventory accuracy, purchase orders, production support, and material planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proven ability to optimize inventory levels, coordinate cross-functional operations, analyze data, and improve processes while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

This position will report to the Production control manager.

- Chemical Inventory Management

- Purchase Order Creation & Tracking

- Scrap Reporting

- Production Order Processing

- Log Inventory Management

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Purchase Order Adjustments

- Remake Order Management

- Cycle Count Management

- Physical Inventory Audits

- ERP System Transactions

What will make you successful?

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

- Manufacturing exposure to aluminum extrusion industry a plus

- Experience with ERP systems; (AS-400 & Oracle a plus)

- AA/BA/BS degree preferred - Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, purchasing, Logistics, Demand planning, Manufacturing.

- Meticulous attention to detail

- Proficient in Excel

- Excellent communication skills
